On September 15, 2023, Guangdong Electronic Information Industry Association organized and presided over the "Structured Sparse Signal Processing Technology and Application" project scientific and technological achievements evaluation meeting jointly completed by South China University of Technology, Shenzhen University and Shenzhen Vista Internet of Things Technology Co., LTD。

The meeting was chaired by Yang Junyi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association, and the evaluation committee of the results was composed of experts from Guangdong University of Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Guangzhou University, South China Normal University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Guangdong University of Technology and Normal University。Also present at the meeting were Professor Chen Zhen from South China University of Technology and Manager Fan Guangbin from Shenzhen Vista Internet of Things Technology Co., LTD。

System demonstration

The project studies the structured sparse signal processing technology. The proposed method can effectively enhance image detail recovery and reduce sawtooth artifacts, improve the information texture extraction ability of the imaging process, and reduce the edge effect and block effect of the image by balancing the fitting error and the sparsity of the solution。In the opinion of the Evaluation Committee, the project results have reached advanced international standards。
